Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

 

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing. Registration fees, less a $50 administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations received on/before April 14, 2010. Refunds will not be issued after this date, however, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. The Society requires written notification for transfer of a registration. Hotel registration cancellation transfer should be handled directly with Horizons Unlimited Travel. Refunds cannot be processed on-site for any registration fees. The Society office will process all approved refunds within 30 business days. Please contact the Society at 877-992- 5470 if you have any questions. In the event of cancellation of any portion of the meeting, including pre-meeting courses, general session, and any other part of the meeting, the Society management shall determine an equitable basis for the refund or return of such portion of the meeting fees as is possible, after due consideration of expenditures and commitments already made.

A limited number of spaces are available for each breakfast workshop. Pre-registration and a fee of $40.00 are required. Please register early to ensure your space.
