Upon completing your meeting registration, including payment, return to the Society website to receive a link to the hotel registration page. Registered attendees can also access this link on the members' and registered users' welcome page after logging into this website.

Due to unprecedented registration for the annual meeting, our room block at the headquarters hotel is nearly sold out. There are a limited number of suites still available at a higher rate. We are working diligently to ensure that every registrant has a room at a conveniently located alternative hotel nearby.
