Housing Update
Our room block has closed as of March 23. If you need assistance making alternate accomodations, please contact the Society's housing bureau using the contact details found in 'My Meeting Materials'.

Resort Fee

A reduced daily required resort fee of $30.00 plus 12.5% room tax will be added to each guest room account. The resort fee entitles guests to the following items:

  • Enhanced in-room wireless internet for up to 6 devices
  • Bottled water (two 10 oz. bottles) replenished once daily with housekeeping service
  • Daily scheduled shuttle to Disney Parks for up to 4 guests
  • Nightly scheduled shuttle to Disney Springs for up to 4 guests
  • Daily dry cleaning credit of up to 2 pieces of clothing per room (credit is not cumulative through stay)
  • Unlimited local and long distance calls
  • 15% discount off retail rates for green fees (excludes merchandise)

Ground Transportation

Transportation is the responsibility of each attendee. There are taxi and ride share services available at Orlando International Airport. The Orlando World Center Marriott is less than 20 miles from Orlando International Airport. However, traffic at any time can be extremely heavy and you should plan on the taxi or ride share taking at least 25 minutes. If you are arriving Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, which are peak days, the trip can take longer.

Parking

  • Self-Parking

Self-parking garages for hotel guests are available onsite at a rate of $32 per day, subject to availability.

  • Valet-Parking

Valet parking for hotel guests is $50 per day, subject to availability.

Why It Is Important to Book Within Our Room Block

The Society has negotiated special room rates for meeting attendees. In exchange, the Society has a contractual obligation to fill a minimum number of room nights during the annual meeting. Booking your accommodations with the link in the "My Meeting Materials" webpage will help to ensure the Society is not assessed a financial penalty.

Warning - Housing Fraud Alert

The official Housing Bureau of the 25th Annual Meeting is Atlas Travel Meetings & Incentives. Reservations obtained through other agencies are not guaranteed.

Annual Meeting registrants may be contacted by companies who misidentify themselves as offering registration and housing for ASBrS. DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY CONTACTS FROM THESE COMPANIES. Many are attempting to capture your credit card information and will not actually reserve a room. Others will switch your reservation to a substandard hotel. Please contact ASBrS staff at registration@breastsurgeons.org or 410‑381‑9500 with any questions or concerns.
