ASBrS Launches IGM Registry

Active Members and Associate Members are invited to participate in an idiopathic granulomatous mastitis (IGM) registry approved by the ASBrS Research Committee. The purpose of this registry is to collect data on a large cohort of patients across multiple institutions to identify the most efficacious ways to treat idiopathic granulomatous mastitis. Currently, little is known about this disease and how it is treated by our membership.

The IGM registry uses a short data-entry form housed in the Society’s Mastery of Breast Surgery Program, a free member benefit. The Mastery Program is a HIPAA compliant system designed to help surgeons document their clinical performance of breast procedures. Thank you for your participation in this important initiative.
