Course Description:
This course is designed to help surgeons identify their leadership potential and opportunities. We will discuss strategies to accelerate progress towards leadership goals. We will review techniques to negotiate for the resources needed to be a successful leader.
Course Objectives:
At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Identify the potential leadership paths available to surgeons
- Review the strategies to improve your leadership skill set
- Understand negotiating techniques
