    This year’s meeting will be a 100% virtual event. All session times will be Eastern Daylight Time.

    • All telephone payments and payments received by fax using a paper registration form during our virtual registration desk hours will be processed within 1 hour of receipt.
    • If payment is received outside our registration desk hours it will be processed the next day.
    • If live sessions are missed while waiting for payment processing, they are recorded allowing you access approximately 1 hour after the live presentation and you will continue to receive access to the recorded sessions using the virtual meeting platform through June 2, 2021.
    • All nonmember students must submit a program verification letter and register using our paper registration form. The form and letter may be faxed to 410-381-9512. *The student rate will not be recognized if you register online.
    • CME credits may be obtained by viewing the sessions live or recorded through June 2, 2021.

    Yes, you will have on-demand access to recorded sessions on the virtual event platform through June 2, 2021. Afterwards, meeting registrants will have continued access to recordings in the ASBrS Video Library.

    The Registration Fees page has detailed fee information for the General Session.

    The meeting registration fee includes tuition for the general session, electronic handouts and presentations, on-demand access to videos of the general session presentations, and admittance to the virtual exhibit hall and poster session. AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ will be earned by attending the meeting.

    ASBrS Candidate Members

    As a candidate member, you may complete our online meeting registration form to receive the student rate. Additional documentation is not required.

    Student Non-Members

    As a non-member you must complete a paper registration form and provide a program verification letter. The verification letter must:

    • be signed by your program director;
    • state the program you are enrolled in;
    • include the start and end dates of the program;
    • be submitted with your meeting registration.

    Yes, you may register for our meeting at the non-member rate. However, you can receive a discounted rate by becoming a member. Please visit our "Becoming a Member" page for more information.

    If you are unable to make your payment through our PayPal payment service, please contact the Society at meetingregistration@breastsurgeons.org for further assistance.

    Yes, attendees may register through the close of the meeting.

    No, the ASBrS does not offer one day only registration. You must register for the entire meeting.

    At the time of online payment, receipts are emailed directly from PayPal, our payment processing company. To download your registration summary and payment confirmation, go to "My Meeting Materials" on your account page.

General Session

    Yes, through your account page, access "My Meeting Materials", which will provide you with meeting materials for all portions of the meeting you are registered for.

    Yes, the 2021 Annual Meeting will provide an opportunity to earn up to 12.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CME Credit(s)™. At the start of the Annual Meeting, CME certificates will become accessible through the "My Meeting Materials" webpage. You may obtain CME credits by viewing the sessions live or recorded through June 2, 2021.

    To learn more about CME offered at the Annual Meeting, view CME Information (pdf). Additional opportunities for CME credits will be available in the upcoming months.

    The American Society of Breast Surgeons is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Industry Events

    Yes, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the industry’s most influential companies in the Virtual Exhibit Hall. Exhibitors will showcase the latest technology and the newest procedures. You will be able to schedule meetings with company representatives, view product videos and brochures, drop your business card and see this technology at your convenience.

    There will be a number of industry-supported events scheduled during the meeting for attendees to take advantage of. More information to follow as events are scheduled.


Posters/Abstracts

    Abstract submission is closed. The next call for abstracts deadline is November 3, 2021. More information will be available on the Society’s website in August.

    Yes, all poster presenters must register for the Annual Meeting.

    Yes, after our embargo lifts on April 29, 2021, the abstracts will become available online under the Annual Meeting tab.
