Hotel & Travel
All Annual Meeting educational and industry activities will take place at the Seattle Convention Center's Arch building. Upon registering for the meeting, a housing registration link will be provided on your registration confirmation and also through the "My Meeting Materials" webpage. You must book your hotel room with this link to be eligible for the discounted group rate.
The deadline for reserving your hotel room within the room block is April 2, 2026. Do not delay as the housing blocks may sell out prior to the deadline. The Society cannot guarantee that your preferred room type will be available at the time of reservation. Due to limited inventory and to ensure that all meeting attendees receive a discounted rate room, you will only be able to book one room through the ASBrS housing site. If you need additional rooms, please contact registration@breastsurgeons.org for approval.
Room Rates
ASBrS has negotiated a discounted rate at the conference hotels for meeting attendees. Contracted room rates at all annual meeting hotels listed below are $279 per night, plus tax for up to double occupancy. All room rates are subject to state and local taxes, which are currently 18%. Rates listed are for single and double occupancy. There is an additional charge per room night for triple and quadruple occupancy.

Ground Transportation
Transportation is the responsibility of each attendee. There are taxi and ride share services available at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The conference hotels are approximatley 15 miles from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. However, traffic at any time can be extremely heavy and you should plan on the taxi or ride share taking at least 25 minutes. If you are arriving Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, which are peak days, the trip can take longer. Please contact your hotel to inquire about self-park and valet options and rates.
Why Book Within Our Room Block?
The Society has negotiated special room rates for meeting attendees. In exchange, the Society has a contractual obligation to fill a minimum number of room nights during the annual meeting. Booking your accommodations with the link in the "My Meeting Materials" webpage will help to ensure the Society is not assessed a financial penalty.

The official Housing Bureau of the 27th Annual Meeting is Atlas Travel Meetings & Incentives. Reservations obtained through other agencies are not guaranteed.
Annual Meeting registrants may be contacted by companies who misidentify themselves as offering registration and housing for ASBrS. DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY CONTACTS FROM THESE COMPANIES. Many are attempting to capture your credit card information and will not actually reserve a room. Others will switch your reservation to a substandard hotel.
