Making Your Hotel Reservation
Upon completing your meeting registration, including payment, a housing registration link will be provided on your registration confirmation and also through the "My Meeting Materials" webpage. You must book your accommodations with this link to be eligible for the discounted group rate.
The deadline for reserving your hotel room within the room block is March 15, 2022. Do not delay in reserving your room as the housing block may sell out prior to the deadline. The Society cannot guarantee that your preferred room type will be available at the time of reservation.

Note: All room rates are subject to state and local taxes, which are currently 13.38%. An additional charge of $50.00 per night will be added for each guest aged 21+ over double occupancy.
Resort Fee
A reduced daily resort fee of $30 plus 13.38% room tax will be added to each guest room account. The resort fee entitles guests to the following:
- Resort pools and sundecks
- Fitness center for two people
- In-room internet access for four devices per room at a standard 7Mb connection speed
- Complimentary self-parking. Valet parking can be validated at the front desk at check-in
- Unlimited local, domestic long distance (including Hawaii and Alaska) and toll-free calls
- Printing of boarding passes through Concierge
- Complimentary digital access to more than 5,000 newspapers and magazines from around the world
Ground Transportation
Transportation is the responsibility of each attendee. There are taxi and shuttle services available at McCarran International Airport. Wynn Las Vegas is less than 4 miles from McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas. However, traffic can be extremely heavy at any time. You should plan on the cab or shuttle ride taking at least 20 minutes. If you are arriving Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, which are peak days, the trip can take considerably longer.
Parking
Daily parking rate at the hotel are as follows:
- Self-Parking
Self-parking garages are located off Las Vegas Blvd. Self-parking is complimentary for Wynn guests and is subject to availability.
- Valet-Parking
Valet parking for Wynn guests is $25 per day. Registered guests that valet park while on property will have reentry privileges. Valet parking is subject to availability.
Why It Is Important to Book Within Our Room Block
The Society has negotiated special room rates for meeting attendees. In exchange, the Society has a contractual obligation to fill a minimum number of room nights during the annual meeting. Booking your accommodations with the link in the "My Meeting Materials" webpage will help to ensure the Society is not assessed a financial penalty. Also, should unexpected issues arise, the official travel agent of ASBrS, Atlas Travel Meetings & Incentives, may be able to assist you. Neither ASBrS or Atlas Travel has the authority of discussing any reservations made outside of our official housing block.
