The American Society of Breast Surgeons (ASBrS) will host its 27th Annual Meeting in Seattle, Washington, April 29–May 3, 2026. $70 per sq. ft for inline booths
- 10' x 10' = (100 ft² - $7,000)
- 10' x 20' = (200 ft² - $14,000)
- 10' x 30' = (300 ft² - $21,000)
- 10' x 40' = (400 ft² - $28,000)
- 10' x 50' = (500 ft² - $35,000)
$95 per sq. ft for island booths*
- 20' x 20' = (400 ft² - $38,000)
- 20' x 30' = (600 ft² - $57,000)
- 20' x 40' = (800 ft² - $76,000)
*The minimum sized island booth is 20' x 20'.
Key Details
- Flooring Required: Exhibit Hall is not carpeted or furnished
- Booth Height Limits: 8’ for inline, 16’ for island
- Hanging Signs Not Permitted
- ASBrS approval is required for all booth designs.

Acceptance of Exhibits
All exhibit applications are subject to approval by ASBrS management. ASBrS reserves the right to refuse applications or remove exhibits that do not meet event standards, are unrelated to breast disease treatment, or are inconsistent with the mission of ASBrS. All booth activities and materials must be professional and educational.
Application & Booth Selection Process
To secure your booth:
- Complete the exhibit space application and submit full payment.
- ASBrS will confirm participation once both the application and payment are received and approved.
Companies qualifying for priority placement will receive an appointment to meet virtually with ASBrS to select their booth location. Booth assignments begin January 21, 2026, using the ASBrS Exhibitor Priority Points System.
To be included in the initial assignment, applications and full payment must be received by January 21, 2026. Applications received after that date will be assigned on a space-available basis.
