The meeting registration fee includes tuition for the general session; electronic handouts and presentations; on-demand access to videos of the general session presentations; general session breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks; and admittance to the opening reception, exhibit hall, poster session and reception, as well as the president's reception. AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ can be earned by attending the meeting.
Yes, you may attend our meeting at the nonmember rate. However, you can receive a discounted rate by becoming a member. Please visit our "Become a Member" page for more information.
To receive the reduced registration rate as a resident/fellow or a medical trainee student, you must apply to become a Candidate Member or Medical Student Member respectively. Please visit our "Become a Member" page for more information. You will pay the nonmember rate if you do not join the Society.
Fellows Course 2026 is a special supplemental session designed to address the unique needs of current and prospective breast fellows. Participation in the complimentary program is reserved for fellows participating in a year-long multidisciplinary breast surgery fellowship program and residents entering or interested in a breast fellowship. Registration for the general session is required to attend this course.
Note: All nonmember fellows or residents must provide a letter from their program director verifying their status to register for Fellows Course 2026 and must email registration@breastsurgeons.org to register and attach documentation.
To request a personalized letter of invitation, please email your request to registration@breastsurgeons.org. A letter will be sent to you via email in 2–3 business days.

Registered guests may attend the opening reception, president's reception, and poster session and reception. A guest registration may only be purchased by a General Session attendee. An option to purchase a guest registration is available on the meeting attendee's meeting registration form, or if registration has already been completed, the meeting attendee can add it to their existing registration by accessing "My Meeting Materials" or may purchase a guest registration on site by visiting the Registration Desk.
Guest registration is not open to industry representatives.

Yes, you may register on site, but please be aware that all registration fees increase on site. Space in our pre-meeting courses will be subject to availability.
No, ASBrS does not offer one-day-only registration. You must register for the entire General Session.
No, ASBrS does not offer separate registration for the exhibit hall only.
You may send a colleague in your place, but you must request a meeting registration transfer in writing by emailing registration@breastsurgeons.org.
At the time of online payment, receipts are emailed directly from PayPal, our payment processing company. You may also access an ASBrS receipt in your Account Dashboard. A registration summary will be available in "My Meeting Materials" as well.

The Society has negotiated special room rates for meeting attendees. In exchange, the Society has a contractual obligation to fill a minimum number of room nights during the annual meeting. Booking your accommodations with the link in the "My Meeting Materials" webpage will help to ensure the Society is not assessed a financial penalty.
After registering for the meeting, your hotel reservation can be made with the housing link provided in your registration confirmation, available on the "My Meeting Materials" page.
After completing your hotel reservation, you will receive a reservation acknowledgement from our housing bureau. Confirmations from the hotel will be emailed to you one week prior to your arrival.
The deadline for reserving your hotel room within the room block is April 2, 2026. Do not delay in reserving your room as the housing block may sell out prior to the deadline.
As your room is reserved in the Society's housing block, the hotel will not be able to assist with any questions or concerns regarding your reservation prior to arrival. Please do not contact the hotel directly. If you have any questions or concerns prior to arriving on site, you must contact our housing bureau. Contact information can be found on your reservation acknowledgement and/or meeting registration confirmation.
If the hotel front desk staff is not able to assist you with your reservation questions or concerns, please visit the Society's housing desk.
To change your hotel reservation, click on the 'Modify' link located on your reservation acknowledgement to access the housing site. If you are in need of contacting the housing bureau directly, please refer to the contact information located on your registration confirmation, accessible on the "My Meeting Materials" page.
Refunds will be issued on reservations cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of the confirmed arrival date. To cancel your reservation, you must contact the Society's housing bureau. Contact information can be found on your reservation acknowledgement and/or meeting registration confirmation.
Transportation is the responsibility of each attendee. There are taxi and ride share services available at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The conference hotels are approximately 15 miles from the airport. However, traffic can be heavy at any time, and you should plan on the taxi or ride share taking at least 25 minutes.
Sheraton Grand—Self parking is offsite at the US Center Garage for $45 per day. Take a ticket to enter the garage. Upon check-in to the hotel, you will be provided another ticket for in-and-out access to the garage. The parking fee will then be charged to your room, so you won't need to pay when exiting the garage. Valet parking is onsite for $68 per day Monday–Thursday. $78 Friday–Sunday.
Hyatt Regency—Self parking is $54 per day. Valet parking is not available.
Grand Hyatt—Self parking is $54 per day, which can be billed to your room. Valet parking is not available.
Hyatt at Olive 8—Self parking is $54 per day, which can be billed to your room. Valet parking is not available.
General
Go to "My Meeting Materials" and complete evaluations to earn CME certificates for the General Session and CME-eligible courses. To request a certificate of attendance, please contact registration@breastsurgeons.org.

The Exhibit Hall is located in Hall 4A of the Seattle Convention Center. Attendees can explore the latest technologies and procedures, meet with industry representatives, and see new innovations firsthand.

Video and Photography Policy
General Session: Non-flash photography and audio or video recording using hand-held equipment for strictly personal, social, or noncommercial use are permitted in the general session if not disruptive as determined by ASBrS. However, recording or streaming presentations in part or in their entirety for any commercial or non-personal use is strictly prohibited without prior permission from ASBrS. ASBrS and the authors/presenters (as appropriate) retain copyright to their own work and reserve the right to ask for takedown of copyrighted material, this policy notwithstanding.
Pre-Meeting Courses: Photography and video recordings are strictly prohibited.
ASBrS expects all participants to abide by the ASBrS Meeting Code of Conduct (PDF).
Posters/Abstracts
Abstract submission is closed.
Yes, all poster presenters must register for the Annual Meeting.
Posters will be grouped by topic and the staff will try to accommodate your request, but ASBrS cannot guarantee this. Please email abstracts@breastsurgeons.org for more information.
Yes, the abstracts will become available on the 'Annual Meeting' tab after the embargo lifts on Friday, May 1, 8:00 AM Pacific Time. Look for the Official Proceedings (PDF).
