Survey on Omission of Axillary Surgery

The American Society of Breast Surgeons (ASBrS) invites you to participate in an anonymous survey conducted by the ASBrS Survey Committee. Participation is voluntary and will not affect your membership. The purpose of this study is to assess whether ASBrS members have already implemented or plan to implement the results of the SOUND and INSEMA clinical trials.

The committee is also interested in understanding which clinical factors influence surgeons’ decisions to omit axillary staging in patients with early-stage breast cancer. The compiled results will be published and shared with ASBrS members at the conclusion of the study.
