Description:
There has been an increased incidence in breast cancer in adolescents and young adults (AYA) over the past decade. This young population faces additional challenges and considerations in relation to their long-term health, fertility / pregnancy, and quality of life. This session will review the current and evolving data on fertility preservation and interrupting endocrine therapy to facilitate pregnancy and additional unique considerations in AYA with breast cancer.
