Certification Exams at the Meeting

For Certification Applicants Only

Registration for the certification written exams is intended only for those in the process of applying for certification in either breast ultrasound or stereotactic procedures.

Please Note: Successfully completing the written test is only 1 step in the process of earning certification. Additional steps and fees are required for certification.

Certification criteria and clinical case application requirements can be found on the Society website or by contacting the Society office at 410‑381‑9500 or certification@breastsurgeons.org.

Written Examinations

Breast Ultrasound Certification

Thursday, April 30, 5:30 pm
Saturday, May 2, 6:30 am
Fee: $200

Stereotactic Procedures Certification

Thursday, April 30, 5:30 pm
Saturday, May 2, 6:30 am
Fee: $100

Note: Both exams may be taken on the same day.

Stereotactic Practical Exam

Registration for the Stereotactic Procedures Certification Practical Exam is by invitation only. Provisional certification is required prior to this final step of the certification process. Questions may be directed to certification@breastsurgeons.org.
